Shipment
Available products will be shipped within 5 working days of placing your order. In the case of products to be reproduced, it may take an additional week or two. Contact us at info@zamalabz.com if you have concerns about a specific product.
Shipping costs are included in the price of each product. For this reason the price varies based on the country you are browsing from. Check that the country selector is set correctly, you can find it at the top right on desktop and in the menu on mobile.
The majority of products on ZamaLabz are unique pieces handmade by our Artificers. Depending on the nature of the product, some of them may be reproduced even when sold out.
Other products could be customized or made upon request. In these cases we will notify you as soon as the order is completed to let you know the definitive timing and you will have the possibility to cancel the order if they do not meet your expectations.
Your products will be shipped directly from the artists and artisans who created them. In the case of orders from different Creators we always try to reduce emissions to a minimum by organizing, when possible, a single package.
Returns
From when you receive your order you have 14 days to request a return.
To request a return, your product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with any labels and its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@zamalabz.com.
Specify which product you want to return, the date of purchase and attach photos of the product.
When the return is accepted we will send you instructions on how to proceed and where you should send the package.
Products sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Check your order as soon as you receive it and notify us immediately if it is damaged, faulty or if there have been any errors.
We will send you a new product or you will receive a refund.
In the event of defective or damaged products or in the event of an error with the order, return shipping costs will be free.
In all other cases you will be responsible for the shipping costs to make the return.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be made to your original payment method.
Please note that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process your refund.
Orders and payments
We accept all major payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
It is not necessary to have an account to place an order, all you need is an email address.
However, we recommend that you register to join the ZamaLabz community, also subscribing to the newsletter in order to receive exclusive offers and promotions.

Shop and live events
You can find us in Milan in Corso Como 8 from Thursday to Saturday. Here you will find some creations of our guest artists in the Tornosubito&Ester Atelier.

The selection of works displayed in the shop is constantly evolving and you will always find creations by new artists waiting for you.
In the Atelier there will always be products by Cinzia Agiman, Viola Ester and Furio Agiman, who are the "masters of the house".
We will organize live events such as exhibitions or workshops and share the individual initiatives of our Creators.
